Driving Ban Avoided – Stratford Magistrates Court
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At Stratford Magistrates Court, Priya Tomor was instructed by Patterson Law, her client had been charged with three offences of driving without due care, driving without insurance, and failure to comply with traffic signal. He had 9 points on his licence from before and was very much looking at a totting-up ban of 6 months from driving. Ms Tomar mitigated on his behalf and managed to get him a short disqualification and no points on his licence. The client was very pleased with the result.
