Conditional Discharge – Criminal Law
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At the Milton Keynes Magistrates Court , Jerry Sodipe instructed by Prime Solicitors represented a client who was charged with common assault/assaulting an emergency worker i.e. a police officer. After trial , the District Judge who found the young teenager guilty, imposed a six months conditional discharge on her bearing in mind the strong mitigation made on her behalf. The client was very happy with the outcome.
