Court Order Enforced – Family Law

At the Family Court at Reading, Mr. Nazar Mohammad represented the applicant in family proceedings. The court ordered the respondent husband to comply with directions on marketing and sale of the property, failing that be evicted from the property. The client was pleased with the result.
