Counsel Waqar Ahmad recently dealt with an entry clearance refusal by the Home Office on grounds of the financial requirements not being met. Waqar drafted the pre-action protocol letter and successfully persuaded the Home Office to withdraw their refusal letter and reconsider their decision.
