Counsel John Sheng represented a claimant in a five-day final hearing at the employment tribunal. The matter involved a claim for the employer’s failure to make reasonable adjustments under s.20 of the Equality Act 2010. John successfully persuaded the Court to extend the time limit for his client’s claims that were otherwise out of time. John’s client successfully recovered damages for injury to feelings from the employer.
