Client Acquitted – Criminal Law
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /Priya Tomar instructed by Patterson Law appeared at City of London Magistrates court for a Trial in the matter of using a mobile phone whilst driving. After a lengthy trial which included cross examination of a police officer and body worn footage, the client was found not guilty of the offence, leading to an acquittal. The client was immensely happy as he was a black cab driver, and a conviction for a driving offence would have serious ramifications on him.
