Client granted 30 Months Leave – Immigration Law
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /Client granted leave outside of the Immigration Rules on family and private life grounds more than 4 years after application. Interestingly, the application (and subsequent ones) had been refused. Client most recently refused stateless leave. Upon seeking administrative review, that decision was maintained but a decision from 2017 has apparently been reversed and our client granted 30 months leave on the 10-year route to settlement. Great work by Nicholas Sadeghi and Nazar Mohammad
