Criminal Law – Bromley Magistrates Court

Counsel Waqar Ahmad was instructed at Bromley Magistrates Court involving driving a vehicle with no insurance. Waqar successfully got the Crown to offer no evidence and secure an acquittal and obtained a Defendant’s cost order.
