Criminal Law – CPS – Old Bailey

Counsel John Burke prosecuted a sentencing hearing for dangerous driving resulting in a community order and a disqualification.

In addition he was prosecutor for the crown in a committal for sentence in regards to possession with intent to supply at the Old Bailey, this resulted in a 20 month custodial sentence suspended for 2 years
