Criminal Law – Hove Trial Centre (Crown Court)

Counsel Waqar Ahmad was instructed at Hove Trial Centre (Crown Court) involving an appeal sentence following a conviction in the Magistrates Court. Waqar appeared before Judge Sarah Elliott KC. Waqar successfully had the appeal allowed and obtained a Defendant’s cost order.
