Criminal Suspended Sentence – Crown Court at Kingston

The Defendant was in custody after surrendering to court after a warrant had been issued for his arrest. His client had been found guilty and sentenced for affray. Mr Mohammad advised his client to accept the breaches then successful mitigated on behalf of his client.
