Domestic violence matter- the High Court District Registry at Reading
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /Mr Mohammad appeared for the respondent mother in a child contact application in which domestic violence was alleged by the respondent mother. A fact finding hearing was held on that issue and second part of the application, which is the mother’s application to remove the child from jurisdiction has been adjourned .
