Counsel Waqar Ahmad was instructed to represent the Applicant in a non-molestation hearing due to the emotional abuse she suffered from the Respondent. This was a return hearing, having previously been refused. Counsel Waqar Ahmad was instructed at the return hearing and successfully obtained the non-molestation order in favour of the Applicant.
