Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At Swansea Family Court, Counsel Jonathan Trussler represented the respondent husband as well as five intervenors against whom a Section 37 Claim had been made to set aside two trust deeds. The matter was settled after a day and a half of negotiations with a final consent order that was highly favourable to the respondent husband and the intervenors. They were very pleased with the result.
