Immigration Law – Hatton Cross

At Hatton Cross, Counsel Nazar Mohammad had an immigration appeal allowed for 8 appellants from Afghanistan under EEA regulation 7 & 8 rules. Home Office had previously rejected familial relationship and dependency on the sponsor.
