Criminal Case – Northampton Magistrates’ Court
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At Northampton Magistrates’ Court, Jerry Sodipe, instructed by Prime Solicitors, was able to persuade the lay magistrates to uphold a no case submission against his client. His client had been charged for committing a section 4A (1) & ( 5 ) Public Order Act 1986 offence, the use of threatening/abusive/insulting/behaviour to cause harassment/ alarm/ distress on the complainant. Both lay client and professional clients were happy with the outcome.
