Points Reduced – Road Traffic Law
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /Ms Priya Tomar, instructed by Patterson Law attended at Croydon Magistrates’ Court an appeal against sentence. The client had been sentenced in his absence on a previous occasion at the Magistrates. Ms Tomar was successfully able to challenge the sentence and have his points reduced, and in turn save his driving licence from being revoked. The client was very happy with the result.
