Suspended Sentence – Woodgreen Crown Court
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At the Woodgreen Crown Court, Jerry Sodipe, who was instructed by Prime Solicitors represented a young client who was charged on a 3 count indictment for possession with intent to distribute Class A drugs. The Judge agreed that there was strong personal mitigation proffered on behalf of the client and gave him a suspended sentence. The client and his mother who are originally from Nigeria were very happy.
